Need some help on a Public park.

    Phil.  I just retruned from San Francisco where I toured all 4 of the entertainment districts and releated CPTED during the RHI Conference. The Police Commander for the 18th District, the central entertainment district of Chicago, also attended and shared his department's actions in place.  I am interested in discussing this further with you.
