Presenters will be required to attend the conference in person.
The conference registration fee will be waived for one speaker per presentation (the primary presenter)!

by November 1, 2024 (extended deadline)
You will be notified whether your abstract has been accepted or not by
December 15, 2024
Successful submitters will be provided with information regarding the time allocated for their presentations
and the logistical arrangements of the conference.
