Special fees for ICA members and students!

Reduced registration fees are available for members of the ICA.

The conference fee for registered students has also been reduced. A valid student card or other form of proof will have to be provided to the conference organizers.

If you are not a member of the ICA, join us before you register for the conference to benefit from the reduced fee.

THE EQUIVALENT AMOUNT IN US DOLLARS (USD) INDICATED IN THE TABLE ABOVE MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE EXCHANGE RATE AT THE TIME OF PROCESSING THE PAYMENT

Presenters, sponsors and special guests

The conference registration fee will be waived for one speaker per presentation.             More information about abstract submission is available HERE. 

Sponsors can register between one and four people depending on the sponsorship level. More information about sponsorship packages is available HERE.

Special guests approved by the conference organizing committee will be able to attend without paying the registration fee.
